Ola is the designer everyone wants to work with. He is open-minded, curious, and relentless in finding out the “real” problem to solve without getting distracted by all the small things he encounters along the way.
When he works as a part of a team, he is the catalyst for growth - his own, but also everyone who happens to be on the team. He pushes everyone to stretch their limits and encourages them to try new approaches. When he works on a project alone, he gives it 110%, making sure that the outcome is the best it can possibly be, coming up with better solutions than global companies with massive product teams.
In my career, I’ve seen many teams try to hire a UX/Product Designer, and while they have created different job ads, they were struggling to find the “unicorn” - someone who understands a bit of everything, is able to do the entire spectrum of design, works well alone as well as in a team, and is capable of taking initiative. Those teams and organisations were really looking for Ola.
